The 5th Working Group meeting to plan the 20th Anniversary of the first MAD Pride concert in Australia is canceled. The next meeting will be held on Monday 10 July

Thanks for sending through the application. I have had a look over it and we are happy to be the auspice of the project as is.

It’s a very exciting project and I hope Council supports it. And down the track when you are planning the Mad Pride event please don’t forget JNC as we would be very happy to be involved in some way.

The fifth meeting for Monday 12 June was cancelled due to some members finalising the MAD Pride funding proposal and attending the Henry Lawson festival in Gulgong.

The next meeting will be held on 2nd Monday on 10 July from 1:00 to 3:00 pm

The agenda will include:

  • Acknowledgement of Country
  • Introduction and Catch Up – round the Zoom room
  • Update with Group Rules
  • Update with current planning
    • Tentative dates for 20th Anniversary MAD Pride Concert
  • Progress with Grant Application
  • Progress with Hall Hire
  • Update with draft flyers
  • New Business
